"We used The Dog Nanny for the first time this week, everything so was much better than expected. We had explained our Beagle had anxiety issues amongst other cheeky traits, Fiona understood perfectly and took great care of him. "I contacted Fiona in hope to find a regular dog sitter/home boarding. As this was my first time using a service like this I was quite apprehensive, but straight away Fiona informed me with everything would need to know beforehand. We had a meet and greet session before Ralph stayed overnight for a trial. Ralph is very shy and timid but she didn't put any pressure to get him settled fast. I had updates and pictures throughout his stay which put my mind at ease, and the process could not have gone any easier!

"We recently decided to make the switch from kennels to home boarding and couldn't be happier to have found the Dog Nanny! While our beagle is well socialised, he does not enjoy being left alone and can be anxious as well as stubborn in day to day settings. Fiona was amazing from the start. She took the time for a slow introduction, which helped Herbie settle in comfortably. Her patience and understanding made all the difference and she was so flexible in accomodating our needs. Communication has been great throughout the entire process, and we loved getting regular updates on how he was doing. He always has a lovely time and seems to feel completely at ease in her care. "I don't know where to start. I worry terribly about my beautiful little girl Poppy, my little poodle. I am dreadfully fussy who has her when we go on holiday I kept asking Fi all these stupid questions I bet she thought goodness I'm mad. I was so worried but I definitely made the best decision. Poppy was cared for like Fi was part of my family I was so happy when i picked Poppy up she didn't look frightened she looked so happy. Fi messaged me every day to let me know how Poppy was getting on that was so lovely I didn't need to worry one bit. Poppy will definitely be returning when we go away again thank you Fi I can't thank you enough neither can Poppy."

"Highly recommend! Charlie gets so excited for his regular days at day-care. He always returns home, happy, clean and tired from a day of adventure. Although it's early days for Frank, he seems very happy when at Fiona's. Just check out some of the videos and posts on Facebook and his happy body language.

As an anxious rescue who hasn't been socialised properly as a puppy and would be scared of everything and everyone (everything used to worry him on a walk: trees, leaves, empty shopping bags, hoodies, men, bikes etc) he seems to be able to settle down when at the Dog Nanny.
